The Colorado Valley Veterinary Services strives to meet the medical needs of all your pets. We are thrilled to be able to offer minor care for exotics including: pets birds, rabbits, ferrets, turtles, lizards, snakes, pot belly pigs, and small mammals such as chinchillas, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, rats, mice, gerbils, sugar gliders, and hamsters.

Dr. Ridlen also treats exotic large animals, including deer and llama. Dr. Ridlen is happy to help clip wings on pet birds, offer advice on nutrition and care for reptiles, and even perform surgeries on your pocket pets. Dr. Ridlen is also able to refer exotic pets requiring specialized care to veterinarians who concentrate on the care of these unusual animals.
